If it's good enough for gaming it's good enough for the office. Not only does it go up and down but it has adjustable lumbar and cervical support for those with bad masks and backs.
The chair was fairly easy to put together and the2 pillows are great as they are help my a couple of solid elastic bands which stay in place wherever you decide to move them - great for the lower back and both the neck and lower back pillow can be removed completely. The chairs swivels rolls and the back adults in upright and back I think in 5 positions you can also adjust light and arm rest back / forth several spots and turn them out to the side. The chair does it all and I got in for my son who is working 10+ hours a day remotely for his internship.
I have back problems and this chair is great for sitting and working at a computer. Being able to recline is great and the neck and lumbar chusions help alleviate pain from sitting too long in a regular chair.
