The chair is comfortable and seems to hold its shape. It has support pillows which can be removed. But the rotating arms are held on only by a single screw. I only had the chair a few months before the arms started getting looser and looser and I couldn't twist them tight anymore. The right one finally just fell off and the left one is not far behind. I tried ordering a replacement part and waited a month and a half for it only to have the package lost by one of FedEx's incompetent drivers. I ordered a second one and it's still three months away! Do not bother with this chair it will not last long.

Nice chair. Only problem is that the one assembled was the wrong one! Picked up took home loaded back in car back to the store. Friendly and efficient manager arranged a speedy replacement and assembly.

Arm broke off after a week. Poor design on the arms if you lean on them too much they snap off.
