I love the chair when I compare it to the U-line office chair I bought that went flat in 3 yrs. and had no upper head support. The Gaming chair seemed to be the better route to go for an office chair as I am a work-a-holic and am at the desk for 12 to 15 hours a day. I am interested in seeing how the bottom cushion holds up. I dig the high back support and the pillows are a very nice added feature. I definitely like being able to recline the chair and being able to lower the arm supports is cool I would have never thought mattered much to me but is a welcomed feature.
While the chair offers a lot of support the seat bottom is small for the larger person. I prefer to sit with one foot tucked under me the seat is not shaped well for this action. I bought this chair for work in an office not for gaming as it was great for support. With the bottom lumbar pillow it does not allow much room for your bottom (rear end) to sit/fit.
Lady asked us if we wanted it assembled for the extra cost. When we asked how long it should take she said it would probably take two hours but they could do it quicker because of the tools they had. We elected to take it home in the box and tackle it ourselves. Short story shorter it took longer to unbox it than to build it approximately total of 20 minutes. So far its feels very similar to the demo one at the store just less used.
