I'll admit that this is my first "gaming" chair but I have been gaming for years and working in offices almost as long. This chair was super easy to put together (comes with the 2 tools needed) and super sturdy. The cushioning is the right amount of firm to keep you seated comfortably for hours upon hours and the back reclines for when you want to lay back and chill... I am 5'11 185lbs and this chair fits perfectly just enough room to move around in but "fitted" enough to feel comfortable and secure... With that being said I think larger people may find this chair a bit too small.
