Comfortable office chair used when editing videos at my desk. Chair was easy to assemble but was missing three of the necessary bolts to assemble. I had some that would work so was able to complete it. My main reason for purchasing this is the lumbar support which is adjustable. This is great and prevents that "sore back" thing from extended time at the desk.

About a week after using it found it comfortable. I did have a cut in the seat of mine but the customer support was great and was able to get me a replacement piece. Overall it's a great chair despite the bad hate around gaming chairs. End of the day try it out and see if you like it but definitely worked for me. Hopefully it holds up as time goes.

Nice chair. Only problem is that the one assembled was the wrong one! Picked up took home loaded back in car back to the store. Friendly and efficient manager arranged a speedy replacement and assembly.

Assembly was straightforward. The reclining feature is nice. The lumbar cushion can be a bit much - would be better (at least for me) if it were a little thinner. But its nice that its removeable as is the headrest cushion. Overall its a comfortable chair.
