There was a the cap that covers where you can recline your seat; it doesn't stay on. Theres enough screws but missing one hole to screw it win

This is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever seated. Everything falls in the right place. The neck cushion the lumbar cushion and the seat cushion are so nice. It reclines too! Love my new chair!!!
