Quite comfortable. Like the lay back function with locking function. Like the sculpted back. Seat could use a touch more padding. I added a sheep skin. Otherwise it's good. Liked that Staples put it together for me. Although I think they reversed one of the arms but no biggie. Put some shorty socks over the arm rests for added comfort. Had it for a few weeks not sure how long it will last but so far so good.

I have had the chair for a week... It came packed really well and it is quite heavy. But it is really comfortable and has enough adjustments to get it just he way you want. It also looks great!!

I can’t comment on the chair because I haven’t put it together yet. I saw it in the store and seems to be very nice. What I would like to comment on is the customer service. All the Staples employees have been very attentive everything I visit the store. Especially an employee named Jeremy who helped me with my purchase.
