The chair is perfect. It is comfortable rolls easily on a rug protector and adjusts height easily. It is large for my house but I knew that would be the case and I traded comfort for size. It was easy to assemble except for the last two screws. It just took a different screwdriver (long to get more torque) and perseverance. It is very heavy but I brought it into the house one piece at a time and that worked out fine. That's what I have always done with book cases and other items needing to be assembled.
