Leo was very helpful explaining everything. He knew they had the chair in stock and I would not have to order online. He was able to assemble the chair in an hour. Kyle helped me take the chair to my car. I was impressed that instead of going straight back into the store he gathered the carts and took them back with him. He could have just walked by them.

Arm rests keep loosening up

I have had to pull and tighten the screws for the arm rests at least a half dozen times. Put loctite on the right center which finally seems to hold. The center plastic piece inside the arm wore out. This started about a week after I had the chair.

Terrible quality

Had this chair for about 6 months now and I have taken good care of it never aggressive with my movement while in it but it is ripping at the seams the elastic straps are starting to fray and the right arm rest horizontal adjustment is broken to where it moves freely 360 degrees.
