Very good chair

I've used this chair for about 4 months now. It is an excellent chair—remarkably comfortable with well-designed head and back support that make it ideal for extended gaming sessions. The armrests remain sturdy although I’ve noticed a slight squeaking noise coming from the left side whenever I shift positions. To clarify the sound is not from the leather but from the internal structure of the chair itself. Aside from this minor issue it's a high-quality chair overall and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

If you want your chair your way this one adjusts in every direction. Tilt tension is even adjustable. Somewhat difficult to assemble but store assembly is only $20. Great chair.

Even though it's considered a gaming chair this chair is perfect for the office setting. We have this chair and 5 of the Vortex in our office. This chair is perfect for lumbar support. It helps with my back pain.

This chair was good at first but after just 2 months one of the arms popped off… and a month later the second. There is no way to reattach it to the chair. Do not recommend purchasing this item.

2 weeks in and I don't have high hopes for this lasting a year... the left arm fell off within a week and the lumbar support slides around a lot and has to be constantly readjusted.
