Chair is great bought for my mother on Christmas and she uses it 10hrs a day 7 days a week the only complaint she has with this chair is she can’t lean the seat part back when sitting flat and when she’s sitting in the chair leaning forward typing the chair slide out from under her unless your back is on the backrest you can slide off the front

Very nice and the lumbar support pillow is a help when I have back pain. Only issue is one armrest screw seems bad also open area on zipper on backrest zipper pulls missing. Except for that it'd be five stars.Godd chair anyway though! 😎
