Bought this for my 10 yo son for Christmas. He likes it so far. It’s comfortable easy to use and looks sturdy. The back and head pads make it extra comfortable.

Had this chair for about 6 months now and I have taken good care of it never aggressive with my movement while in it but it is ripping at the seams the elastic straps are starting to fray and the right arm rest horizontal adjustment is broken to where it moves freely 360 degrees.

This chair was uncomfortable to sit in and difficult to assemble. We ended up not being able to get some parts to fit and just returned it. We purchased a different chair which was much better option.

The materials use are not worth the price I paid they are very poor. When assembling the chair I had to make modifications to be able to assemble it and one of the screws on the arm rest did not work.

When I saw this chair in the store there was a blue accented chair assembled and a purple accented chair assembled. While both were visually appealing I wanted the purple one. There were no purple ones in a box available. I asked an employee if I could buy the floor model and they said that they couldn't sell me the floor model. I then proceeded to a cashier to pay for other items and order what I hoped would be a purple accented chair. Unfortunately staples.com doesn't even have the purple accented chair available as a color option. I'm very disappointed in the lack of accommodation.
