I would give the chair a 3+ for quality and ease of assembly. The store staff that assisted me was great a 5 with one exception. No one can explain the Staples rewards program to me. I have literally spent thousands at staples over the years including $300 to $400 in the last few months and to my knowledge I have never been awarded a single rewards point. Therefore your rewards program gets a ZERO and that hurts my overall impression of Staples.

This gaming chair is quite good if you want a really comfortable sit while at your computer. It allows adjustment of itself more than most other similar computer chairs. It's solidly made However the use of bonded leather is not desirable: bonded leather is actually fake leather and over time can chip and peel off. So that's why I'm giving it 4 Stars otherwise it would get 5 stars. Time will tell how well the bonded leather holds up under ordinary use. Get the additional Osurian coverage through Staples because the manufacturers 7 year warranty though good does not cover issues such as peeling and flaking but the Osurion warranty does so it's worth the small cost. Assembly was easy and all parts were labeled and instructions were clear; No additional tools are required; It comes with a tool to assemble everything. One last note: This is a big chair so keep that in mind as well but if you have the space it's worth the price.

It does what it's supposed to do. Fairly comfortable and inexpensive. Feels well-built for the most part. The lumbar pillows can slip around at times but it's not a big deal.

The lumbar support is just a bump more than a support and if I recline any at all it is then in the wrong place. I’m not a gamer I have mobility issues and I just need a comfortable chair at the computer. Could it be exchanged for different chair like another one that did feel more comfortable?
