I'm using it as an office chair. Great back support. I can sit in it for long periods of time without it bothering me. Its a great chair very comfortable love the neck support that's a plus. It is a bit over priced but I was able to get it on sale which helped a little. My only complaint is the side covers that cover the metal pieces on both sides of the chair. Could not get them to go on. Not sure why they just would not attach.
Overall I'm happy with the purchase and how Staple handles the transaction.

I would give 4.5 stars overall. I bad initial damaged/repackaged item but Staple had handle the return/exchange swiftly and send replacement had help overall purchase. 1. I like how Staple send people to pickup the return merchandise. 2. the customer support was pleasant; I was initial try to obtain replacement part but found there are some other damaged part thus decide to do a return/replace. 3. after few weeks use on the chair. it is a enjoyable purchase.
Solid materials & construction. Assembly instructions are clear & easy to follow. Recommend using drill driver instead of included allen wrench to speed assembly time & to ensure long term stability.
My son chose a less expensive chair for his birthday but the reviews on this one were better. He is 6' tall and weights 180 lbs. I am 5'4" and weigh 145lbs. The chair is very comfortable for each of us. It is supportive along the back and hips. I sit in it and recline it...always joking with him that I'm going to take a nap in it. It truly is that comfortable to me. Now about assembly...pretty darn easy. I did it by myself in about 12 minutes. It probably took me that long because I read then re-read directions so I don't make a mistake that would take longer to correct. It would have been easier if I had help fitting the seat onto the post of the base. Wonderful chair at an affordable price! Quality materials. I order blue and black because that was my teenage son's preference. I think if in all black would look elegant rather than "Cool".
