The assembly guide was fantastic and I had no issues with the set up. The lumbar and neck pillow seemed a little over stuffed but if I need to reduce that it's an easy fix. Overall I'm really happy with the chair.

Great lumbar and neck support. The chair can tilt way back and tilt forward. Arm rest can slide forward back and angle outwards. It is a very comfortable chair!

Purchase this chair for my son who is an avid gamer. He seems to like the chair. It is very easy to put together. The padding on the chair is thick and comfortable. Constantly looking at the seams to make sure they don’t pull apart. However I would purchase the protection plan. Worth the money.

While I just got this for Christmas and have not used it for long I am so pleased with the back support that I am getting in this chair. I sit for long hours in front of a computer so I needed a replacement chair that would look nice but more importantly give my body the support it needs for sitting for long periods of time during work. While I am not using it for gaming I am much older it suits my purposes for it being ergonomic and adjustable. Great gift and chair-I love it!
