The assembly was a snap. Seems comfortable but time will tell I don't know yet If I can sit in it for long hours. The adjustments are great. Only problems are that I could not screw the arm rest in closer to the chair they are about 1/2 inch each too far apart. Also I would have liked arm rest pads to be flat or a little rounded they have a little dish in them. Over all I think the chair is good.

I only gave it a 3 because The whole chair doesn't lean back witch is a big item for me. I loosen the adjustment all the way but still very hard next to impossible to lean back. Everything else works as advertize. As for a gaming chair its is very good and comfortable. I love the neck pillow.

Chair was comfortable enough but after 20 days I stood up (used the chair for support as one normally would do) and the handle broke off. In fairness it was a floor model and I luckily purchased the insurance. Am in the processing of replacing w/ same chair but this time I want it to be a new chair not a floor model. Lesson learned. I am an accountant not a gamer. Maybe the chair knew that.

Solid chair great support. This is the second and third ones we've bought - first one has been in use for over a year and looks and feels like new! Cushioning is just right especially in the seat - not thins like some others.
