I kind of knew what I wanted but didn’t know exactly so an associate helped me. The chair is good comfortable adjustable but the service I received in store was top notch and they assembled it for me for an extra fifteen bucks. I picked it up the next day assembled and ready to use.

Assembly wasn’t too bad instructions were very clear only when attaching the covers on the side was there a bit of a struggle. Very comfortable seat the recliner function is great. Adjustable arm rest is great too. Easy to clean with a warm wet cloth.

I've had the chair for a week now and so far so good. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough. It is very firm but still very new. The lumbar and neck pillows are a great touch. It's adjustable in every way I need a chair to adjust. I don't need it to but it doesn't seem to go as low as other office chairs I've owned in the past. The arm rests are very multi-adjustable but do not "lock" into any position. It would be nice if they did. Overall a great office chair for a good (on sale) price.
