Needed a good chair with lower back support and this was the best one I tried in the store. I'm a 60 yr old woman and I was able to put it together myself... it was a little heavy but I managed! Only one bolt was not properly drilled and it took me a ton of effort and time to get it in there! Otherwise I'd give 5 star... only had it a week but much better for long zoom meetings! I thought it was better than a regular office chair.

It’s an ok gaming chair the comfort is a 4 out of 10 they really need to fix the arms of the chair to where they can lock in place. They also need to make the cushion on the chair better specially for the price of the chair I wouldn’t recommend this gaming chair to anyone.

This chair is very easy to assemble and comfortable. Only real improvement would be perhaps slightly larger/longer arm rests but they are able to be repositioned enough that most should find them suitably comfortable.
