This is exactly what we were looking for. Our issue was the arm rests on chairs We needed a chair that could fit completely under the desk and we choose this one because the arm rests go down. When we were putting it together we decided to leave the arm rests off and this works perfectly for our space and usage!!

I'm on my 2nd piston/base and am having issues with the piston yet again. Twice the chair has developed a lean. First time I had an RMA on the whole base. It only took another month to develop the same lean and wobble/rock. Additionally the piston will sometimes deflate when I sit down on it. There's no excuse for that. I am not a large individual at only 145lbs. I've had this chair since March of 2019. I'm regretting my purchase.

Chair was pretty straight forward to assemble. Directions were good and the way the screws were labeled was great. The project was made easier by using reel wrenches rather than the junky tool included. Chair adjusts in so many ways I could get it perfect for my desk. I especially love that the arm rests adjust vertically and rotate. Could achieve perfect support for my arms. The lumbar pillow is nice. For me how they suggest installing the neck pillow was way too low. Figured out a way to install it 6" higher and it is perfect. Really happy with this chair.
