I was really disappointed in this purchase. My son is far below the weight limit for the chair and his usage is far below the standard Staples set. Yet a spring in the seat broke up and pushed through the seat after less than a year of use. And the stitching on the back started coming apart (along with other issues with the back). I'd paid extra for an "extended warranty" too. They wouldn't replace the chair entirely even though they were in stock at local stores - they sent us a replacement seat and back (and those pieces took almost 2.5 months to actually arrive). The replacements arrived with no directions (although I'd been told on the phone that they'd come with directions) and missing some of the pieces needed to attach the back to the seat. All in all I am very unimpressed with this chair and the experience with it.

Comfortable chair and I love the lumbar and neck support. It seems to be well made and was easy to assemble. I would never purchase at the MSRP but on sale it’s a bargain.

My wife has rods and screws in her back. To my surprise this is the chair she chose for her new office. Said it was the most comfortable support and comfort of any office chair she's had. So not just for gaming...great for long hours in an office environment too! Customer service was outstanding. Even had Staples put it together for us for a nominal charge.

It’s a good chair. Not great but at the price it a good value for your money. Assembly directions were easy to follow. Comfortable seat cushion. Looks great at the gaming computer. I recommend it.

Adjustable arm broke in less than a month.

I barely use this chair (maybe an hour a day) but got it because I needed a better chair. The right arm rest completely swivels all the way around now and no longer clicks into place. I've barely had it over a month. Overall the rest of the chair was great but now I'm very worried about using the arm rests.
