No major complaints. The arm rests have a small window of rotation and aren’t very comfortable but other than that I have no complaints.

The arm rests seem to naturally screw off when simply rotating the adjustable arm rests. I've had to open them at least 3 times to re-tighten already. Haven't had it a month. Also it feels like your constantly leaning forward no matter what you do. However The padding and the rest of the construction are great. I'm just glad I got the protection plan on it; I don't expect this thing to last more than a year. Also if you got hips that don't lie This may not be the right chair for you. 7/10 sitting cross legged experience.

Easy to build by myself a female *gasp*! It’s a great office chair super comfortable and it looks nice! It’s adjustable to be comfortable to anyone from work time to nap time. Can’t wait to see if it helps my gaming skills since it is a gaming chair everyone playing Call of Duty better watch out lol! The comfort price and delivery time can’t be beat! I have already recommended to friends and family!

Must have but a little overpriced

I HAD to buy 3 of my 4 gamer children these for this past Christmas- with Staples being my last minute 'buy online pickup in store' save the day spot. Being similar to the online famous 'tube star version made it an easy choice but I believe that is how the price is likely higher than if it were not so like their watched favorites. Still only one has held up completely and the other is splitting at the zippered back- still not certain how that happened with a very small boy being the only weight and rarely handling anything besides his PS controller or smartphone! If you buy the insurance which is offered but I was in a hurry that eve- then you will be sure to not mind tge amount or if a minor defect arises. Im not sure if its covered under some warranty- as this has even that way for months...just figured I couldn't do much with the Covid19 restrictions. If I actually can someone let me know so I can at least get it fixed or exchanged...Not too shabby for the reclining and the various height adjustments on the seat and the arms...plus it has a lumbar pillow as well.....

It’s big and perfect for my son. We just had to take the back cushion out for it wasn’t necessary. He is a big kid and the back was straight enough for him. And it was the only way the chair would fit him. Overall he is happy and comfortable

Comfortable office chair used when editing videos at my desk. Chair was easy to assemble but was missing three of the necessary bolts to assemble. I had some that would work so was able to complete it. My main reason for purchasing this is the lumbar support which is adjustable. This is great and prevents that "sore back" thing from extended time at the desk.
