I spend 4-5 hours a day at my desk and needed a more supportive chair for my back and neck. So far seems very supportive and comfortable. The bottom pillow is adjustable to the lower portion of my back up to the middle pending on where you need the extra support that moment. Took me about 35-40 easy minutes to put together. Only had this for a few days but so far so good.

I love this chair. Very sturdy. All fabric including leather seat and back is removeable for cleaning. Very adjustable. Only drawbacks for me are it doesn't go as low as I would like and side arms pivot for comfort but they pivot too easily. Still I'd buy it again.

Box cutters sliced vinyl by assemblers need to return chair!

The chair is great but whoever assembles the chairs must open the box very quickly with a box cutter while looking away! When we brought the chair into our home we noticed a big slice cut in the vinyl in the back of the chair! If you buy this chair at the store already assembled make sure to look over every centimeter for poor and destructive assembly.
