Item cam in large box with booklet with pictures on how to put chair together. All parts were separated in plastic envelopes and color coded. My ten year old grandson did most of the assembly. For a change a company took pains to insure a success story without use of 800 numbers etc. The quality of the chair passed my gamer's use test.

I was having pains in my arms and wrist from a bad set up in my remote workstation. My HR department told me to go pick out a chair and this one was by far my favorite. I especially love the flexibility of positions allowed in the arm rest.
