This chair is incredible. It tilts the back which I thought it was just like regular Chris but this one has. Lever like a car seat to recline. It’s high comfort like you wouldn’t believe. The support pillows are great too!!

This chair goes up and down reclines has pillows for your neck and for lumbar support has armrests that can be adjusted in terms of height and directions and has wheels for easy moving. Plus it's leather. Super comfortable and convenient. The Staples team was also really great help. They got me huge discounts!

I've only had the chair for a couple weeks but I am extremely satisfied by it. Assembly was a breeze. Putting the hardware in separate bags labeled step by step is an excellent idea. Took about 30 minutes to fully assemble. First night sitting in it I fell asleep in the chair and slept for 8 hours. I woke up feeling great. I spend an average of 4 hours a day sitting in it and it's just so comfortable. I researched a LOT of chairs before I bought this one and I'm so glad I chose this one. Time will tell but it feels well built so I don't see it having any issues over time but the fact that it comes with a 7 year warranty puts those worries to rest. Almost all the chairs I researched offered a 1 year or less warranty. So as far as I know 7 years is unbeatable. The only thing that I think could be better is the casters don't glide across hard floors as well as they would on carpet but that's barely an issue. It still moves well just think it could move better on hard floors.
