A bit frustrating to assemble. Lumbar pillow is unusable as it then makes the seat too short to support ones legs.

2nd chair of this manufacturer I've purchased from staples. The right arm rest came off. I was able to reattach it successfully. Other than that, the chair has functioned as expected.

Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.

Literal piece of trash. Good luck putting this thing together. Quite literally impossible to put the side panels on. Not to mention mine came with a massive hole punched through the box into the seat.
