Impossible to assemble due to defect

The holes in the back support are misaligned, making it impossible to screw into place. Will be returning for a refund.

Very nice quality chair. Bought my last one 10 years ago from Staples (Serta). This chair is a good replacement. I spend most of my day in it (disabled and can't get out much). New chair is actually helping with my posture because it is more form fitting and has an adjustable lumbar support pillow. An other plus is the way it reclines then rocks back even further, good for beaks for your back. Perfect for someone with back and neck issues.

A bit frustrating to assemble. Lumbar pillow is unusable as it then makes the seat too short to support ones legs.

2nd chair of this manufacturer I've purchased from staples. The right arm rest came off. I was able to reattach it successfully. Other than that, the chair has functioned as expected.

Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.
