Two days after receiving the chair the left hand armrest fell off. Now I have to reach out to the company that made it to see if they can send a part. Haven't even been able to register the chair with the three year warranty we got for it yet!

The chair was easy to put together. The lumbar support cushion is a little to stiff for me. If your a heavy guy like myself you may want to find a gaming chair with a little more seat cushion. After a 8 hour day It feels like sitting on a park bench. It does bounce back but I'm afraid that daily use may crush the seat. I also would like the arm rests to be not so easy to move as a guy of size (I weigh 250) I use them to get out and when they move it feels unstable. I do like the adjustability of the back. That is the reason I purchased it in the first place.
