Two days after receiving the chair the left hand armrest fell off. Now I have to reach out to the company that made it to see if they can send a part. Haven't even been able to register the chair with the three year warranty we got for it yet!
While the seat itself is OK the backrest is anything but. The pillows provided are way too big for lumbar support or neck support. But even though you could customize that (as they have zippers in the back and you could remove some cushioning) the back rest itself with its slanted sides will push your shoulders forward (at least for me). I suspect a teen could sit comfortable in the chair but not a grown up. It is beyond me why some manufacturers go for "fashion" rather than "usability".
