I was so excited to get this home and put it together. I love the reclining feature were you can lean back without having to tilt the bottom of the chair or arms. The adjusting lower back support is great for my herniated disc and random back cramps. The seat doesn't hurt my tailbone. The arms are adjustable in height also can push forward or pulled back and they can turn a little inward or out but you can't lock them in place so sometimes when I go to sit they go wonky and I have to adjust them back to where I like them. My big complaint is that the chairs seat has sides that come up on both sides. I am 6' 3" and have muscular thighs.. the chair forces me to either have both legs together and straight front or my legs are up on the sides and it digs into my legs painfully. So if you have widest hips this chair is not for you.
So far we all love the chair. Customer service was very helpful. We thought we had 2 left arms but it turns out the arms are interchangeable. The directions do not tell you that.
This is a great chair for both studying for online school and gaming. Chair easily reclines to position that suits you for the activity ahead. Chair is comfortable wide and looks nice
This is the most adjustable basic type of chair I've seen. The lumbar support pillow wasn't designed well and takes up too much space on the seat. The extra head pillow is nice though. I like the chair overall. They should offer it in all black because not everyone wants to have flashy colors on their furniture. Good move on Staple's part adding in this review feature into their marketplace.
