Impossible to assemble due to defect

The holes in the back support are misaligned, making it impossible to screw into place. Will be returning for a refund.

The chair itself is pretty comfortable, but the armrests keep breaking off, and I have to constantly screw them back into place. I recommend a different chair if you're looking to get this.

The chair was on sale, for the price im wasn't impressed. After a few months like others the seams are comming apart. One of the arms broke off where you place your arms when you sit. After 2 weeks teh chair wouldn't even stay up where you set it. Not sure how everyone else gave this product 4 stars

The thing rotates and bends in every direction to allow whatever posture you want. I added a cushion lab cushion set so I can’t tell you how comfortable it is by itself. Had to rebuy using asurion gift card after armrest broke off.
