The sketchbook is great. The only issue is the feeling in the store. The Greenfield Massachusetts store: the employees are not helpful or caring like before and there aren’t any incentives to shop there
Purchased to use as a journal since there were NO unlined journals to be found in the store. Have not yet started the journal so I have no idea how well it will work. Why do stores want a review the same day you buy a product? I buy most of my needed items ahead of time so I am prepared. Before one can write a valid review of the product they need to use it for awhile to see if it holds up and does the job. When I go back a month or so later to do a "real" review I get a review time expired message.

Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.
2nd chair of this manufacturer I've purchased from staples. The right arm rest came off. I was able to reattach it successfully. Other than that, the chair has functioned as expected.
