Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.

Very nice quality chair. Bought my last one 10 years ago from Staples (Serta). This chair is a good replacement. I spend most of my day in it (disabled and can't get out much). New chair is actually helping with my posture because it is more form fitting and has an adjustable lumbar support pillow. An other plus is the way it reclines then rocks back even further, good for beaks for your back. Perfect for someone with back and neck issues.
