uncomfortable and falls apart

Probably the worst chair Ive owned. Both arm rests become wobbly before falling off the chair and its impossible to actually fix even a simple issue like that because of the how tedious the parts inside are. Chair is also very uncomfortable had to buy an extra seat cushion because sitting in it hurt my tail bone so bad never had a chair like that. The back pillows are also stiff and uncomfortable I had hoped they just needed to be broken in but after 4 months are still as bad as they were one day 1. IDK how its possible there are any positive reviews for this at all that seems very suspicious to me that there are as many 5 stars as there are. AVOID THIS CHAIR AT ALL COSTS

The chair was easy to assemble came with good instructions. It's very comfortable - even plush feeling. There are plenty of adjustments for variety of positions. The lumbar support is good and very simple whichni think makes it clever. The cushion is strapped on using a long strap that goes around the back bertically. That makes adjustment up or down a simple pull to slide up or down. Too soon to comment on durability but it seems sturdy so early indications are all good.

Adjustable arm broke in less than a month.

I barely use this chair (maybe an hour a day) but got it because I needed a better chair. The right arm rest completely swivels all the way around now and no longer clicks into place. I've barely had it over a month. Overall the rest of the chair was great but now I'm very worried about using the arm rests.

I sit in my chair eight hours a day at work and when I get to Telecommute at home I use this Vartan Gaming chair. Everything about it is comfortable EXCEPT for the seat. About four hours into my day my butt gets pretty sore sitting on this chair. I don't have this problem at work. I'm currently looking for accessories or replacements for the seat part. Everything else works just need a better seat cushion.

The trouble with office chairs is they are made for larger taller people. It would be so much more comfortable if: It would lean back some...then the lumbar pillow would hit the right place on my back. Then you have the head rest...again made to hit a taller person.

My husband tried to put together the chair. All the screws for holding the arms could not go in straight in or be tighten down. He had to take the chair back to the store. I love the blue and black leather design and all the chair adjustment features so he will get a replacement. Hopefully the second chair will have no workmanship problems.
