After 3 chairs .. the zippers at the bottom of the back still not right .. First two zippers were broken . the third one zipper pulls are missing ..

Having lumbar and neck pillows is a definite plus for this chair. Comfortable for larger gamers also (ex. 6'5" x 250lbs) and many adjustable components for everyone else. Very easy to assemble and the casters are sturdy and functional.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and he refuses to review it. From what I can tell though he likes it quit a bit. He no longer complains about back pain and hasn't yet had a single negative thing to say about the chair. Since he's an avid PC game player it must be working well for him.
