Tailbone is sore after an hour or more of sitting.

The chair is rated for 250+ lbs but the seat cushion goes flat and you're sitting on hard metal. I have 4 other chairs and I have never had a sore tailbone before. I bought this because it has a 90 degree position that helps keep your back and neck straight to prevent neck and shoulder pain. It works for that but not good apparently for heavier people. I bought a blue gel egg cushion and that doesn't help either. I've had this chair for two months now. First 2 weeks were fine then it just got worse. I need to find a great seat cushion.
