I 99% love this chair it is comfortable to work in. The only thing I don’t like is the arm rest don’t lock so when trying to scoot the chair closer to my desk they always move (and if they do I haven’t figured out how).

The gaming chair was sent to my door because the color blue was not in stock. When unpacked found a plastic part broken. On closer examination the material covering the seat was puckered and the chair just appeared "cheap". The chair was returned and a full refund was received. I will think twice before buying another Staple's chair.
