My husband has two chairs both of them are very similar. But however this chair is much more comfortable and the seat tilts so it takes away the pressure point. My husband works around 11 to 14 hours A day. Yes I guess you could call him a workaholic ha ha . But if you’re a little on the heavy side I think it would be a little uncomfortable for you.

It’s big and perfect for my son. We just had to take the back cushion out for it wasn’t necessary. He is a big kid and the back was straight enough for him. And it was the only way the chair would fit him. Overall he is happy and comfortable

The only negative I can think of is the arm rest do not lock in place. What i mean by this is that when you put weight on them they slide forward or backward or will push out to the sides I like that the arm rests are adjustable just not that you cant lock them in and keep them from moving

My son chose a less expensive chair for his birthday but the reviews on this one were better. He is 6' tall and weights 180 lbs. I am 5'4" and weigh 145lbs. The chair is very comfortable for each of us. It is supportive along the back and hips. I sit in it and recline it...always joking with him that I'm going to take a nap in it. It truly is that comfortable to me. Now about assembly...pretty darn easy. I did it by myself in about 12 minutes. It probably took me that long because I read then re-read directions so I don't make a mistake that would take longer to correct. It would have been easier if I had help fitting the seat onto the post of the base. Wonderful chair at an affordable price! Quality materials. I order blue and black because that was my teenage son's preference. I think if in all black would look elegant rather than "Cool".
