Quite comfortable. Like the lay back function with locking function. Like the sculpted back. Seat could use a touch more padding. I added a sheep skin. Otherwise it's good. Liked that Staples put it together for me. Although I think they reversed one of the arms but no biggie. Put some shorty socks over the arm rests for added comfort. Had it for a few weeks not sure how long it will last but so far so good.

The arms need to stay Stationary and not move to the left or the right. If you use the arms sitting down it will move quickly causing

Bought the chair as a office chair. Overall nice chair for office even though sold as a gaming chair. Seat padding a little to stif for me and back lumbar support does not stay in place. Continually having to readjust it each time I set down.

I left my new office barely able to walk due to back pain. I was prepared to buy a suitable chair on my own dime. This chair is quite comfortable and suitable for work. My company reimbursed me and 3 others went to get one for themselves.
