Bought this chair for my wife for christmas and she loves it although i did come across some issues with the chair while assembling it i noticed the zipper along the back didnt like up properly it bunches up bad due to 1 side having more connecting pins than the other. not sure if its across all chairs or just a defect on this one. Pros: Chair is very adjustable (IE: Head and Lumbar support pads arm rests back reclines and height). Material is easy to clean and has shown resilience with newborn drool dog and cat fur. It is heavier than its smaller counter part which is good for carpet rooms or offices the weight helps it glide without tipping over. Cons: The holes in the material did not line up to where the screws needed to go so I had to rip off material to secure it properly. Has a zipper across the backside that is difficult to move or fix if it ever comes undone. Didn't find a purpose to have had a zipper just seems more things that can go wrong with it.

I was really disappointed in this purchase. My son is far below the weight limit for the chair and his usage is far below the standard Staples set. Yet a spring in the seat broke up and pushed through the seat after less than a year of use. And the stitching on the back started coming apart (along with other issues with the back). I'd paid extra for an "extended warranty" too. They wouldn't replace the chair entirely even though they were in stock at local stores - they sent us a replacement seat and back (and those pieces took almost 2.5 months to actually arrive). The replacements arrived with no directions (although I'd been told on the phone that they'd come with directions) and missing some of the pieces needed to attach the back to the seat. All in all I am very unimpressed with this chair and the experience with it.

The only negative I can think of is the arm rest do not lock in place. What i mean by this is that when you put weight on them they slide forward or backward or will push out to the sides I like that the arm rests are adjustable just not that you cant lock them in and keep them from moving

Would have given it a 5 except for assemble …. some of the arm trim screws are very short and can turn sideways in the recessed areas where they go before they start to thread …… make the screws just a little longer and that problem wouldn't exist …… it's a PAIN ….. Other than that it's a good chair for the price ….
