This chair would simply start hurting my back after about 5 minutes of sitting in it. I tried moving the included back and neck pads around and even tried removing them completely but nothing helped so I returned it. I got a lazy boy instead. The quality of the chair seemed nice though. I think it was a matter of just not being a fit for my body. I'm about 5-9 170 if that makes any difference. The associate was nice enough to take my return a couple days after the 14 days return policy.

I have been on an odyssey to find a desk chair for work that won't destroy my back. I have a herniated disk so sitting for long periods in a "regular" office chair can be agony. My husband decided he was going to buy me a better chair so we stopped after work. I saw the sporty and colorful gaming chairs and sat in one just being silly and OMG. I just looked at him and said "this is my chair" LOL. I have had it at work for the last week and my back is vastly improved - I no longer stand up after sitting a while and walk the first few steps like a 99 year old woman! It was relatively easy to put together and it's very comfortable. The armrests are adjustable which is a plus if you're using it at a desk. So if you have back issues - try a gaming chair! Another plus is the jazzy blue stripes - everyone definitely knows this is MY chair! It may not work for everyone but with my lower back issue the adjustable lumbar pillow is just the ticket.
