I feel the sitting cushion in the chair leans to the left . The back back part feels good .

I really wanted to love this chair. The floor model that I tried didn't have a lumbar pillow so I figured that was why my lower back was uncomfortable and trusted the reviews that said the chair has great back support. And it's hard to find chairs small enough for me - I'm 5'2" and need a seat depth of no more than 18". The seat on this chair was the perfect size for me. Unfortunately what you can't see in the pictures online is that the blue stripes on the seat don't extend all the way to the backrest and where they end there's an indented seam. The seam was perfectly placed under my tailbone meaning that no matter how I sat I didn't get enough support and was uncomfortable at best or having increasing lower back pain at worst. I tried putting foam over the seam to compensate for the gap in cushioning. I tried sitting differently so my tailbone was in a different spot. Nothing helped. After ten days of trying hard to make it work I wound up returning the chair.
I bought this as an office chair because it has more options for the price compared to the executive chairs. The only thing i wish was different was the little sides of the actual seat. They work as far a hugging your bottom to the cushion but if you are a large but not overly large man the sides kind of dig into the side of your thighs. If the makers could flare those out a bit more it would be more comfortable. Other than that its great for my back with the stiff support and the lumbar and neck pillows as an added option if you wish to use them.
