I left my new office barely able to walk due to back pain. I was prepared to buy a suitable chair on my own dime. This chair is quite comfortable and suitable for work. My company reimbursed me and 3 others went to get one for themselves.

The chair was easy to assemble came with good instructions. It's very comfortable - even plush feeling. There are plenty of adjustments for variety of positions. The lumbar support is good and very simple whichni think makes it clever. The cushion is strapped on using a long strap that goes around the back bertically. That makes adjustment up or down a simple pull to slide up or down. Too soon to comment on durability but it seems sturdy so early indications are all good.

This chair is so much better than the one I previously used. All the main components are adjustable so I comfortably (and that may mean having the chair adjusted differently one day to the next).

I was having a lot of lower lumbar pain and was getting ready to buy a much more expensive chair but sat on this one at staples and knew it was the one. less than half the price of the "ortho" chairs I was looking at. I use it for an office chair it is great. Assembly was OK putting the back on was a little difficult but worth the effort...

I would NOT buy this chair at full price. I bought it on sale for 40% off and still feel ripped off. While the chair itself is comfortable to sit in for long periods the 'adjustable arm rests' out of the box felt INCREDIBLY flimsy. These feelings were confirmed when just 3 days after my order arrived the 'platform' my left arm rest became detached from the base and it just kept popping off from there. I tried to keep it secure on there with duct tape on the bottom but that only worked for so long. Now I've had to WRAP THE ENTIRE ARM REST IN DUCT TAPE TO KEEP IT ON THERE. I have had this chair for less than a single month (I placed my order a month ago today) and I've been duct taping it secure for weeks.. That's my biggest gripe everything else with the chair has been as expected. It's decent otherwise but the arm rests are just so cheap and flimsy

Caused Terrible Neck Pain

I bought this chair thinking it would help fix my posture while working. It actually make my posture worse and caused terrible neck pain. The sies turn pushing your shoulders forward (BAD!!) and the headrest pushed your neck forward. I got an x ray of my neck after using this chair for two years and my neck is pushed forward now. Currently in physical therapy trying to fix the problems this chair caused
