Would have given it a 5 except for assemble …. some of the arm trim screws are very short and can turn sideways in the recessed areas where they go before they start to thread …… make the screws just a little longer and that problem wouldn't exist …… it's a PAIN ….. Other than that it's a good chair for the price ….

I wish I liked this chair more but it was hard as a rock. I thought it would take a few days to loosen up but 2 weeks later and it was still just as bad hurting my back. The features on the chair are really really cool and the chair looked nice but it was really uncomfortable. Returned it today and bought a comfy office chair instead
