The chair is very comfortable and I really like the adjustable lumbar cushion. The arm rests are padded but very firm. I’d prefer a little more padded there but that’s nitpicking. They move or swivel when you grab them which is a little annoying. I’m impressed with the stitching and construction very solid. The base is all plastic but seems fine. No complaints there.

Tailbone is sore after an hour or more of sitting.

The chair is rated for 250+ lbs but the seat cushion goes flat and you're sitting on hard metal. I have 4 other chairs and I have never had a sore tailbone before. I bought this because it has a 90 degree position that helps keep your back and neck straight to prevent neck and shoulder pain. It works for that but not good apparently for heavier people. I bought a blue gel egg cushion and that doesn't help either. I've had this chair for two months now. First 2 weeks were fine then it just got worse. I need to find a great seat cushion.
