Bought this end of november 2019. Chair was pretty great. Thankfully I bought the asurion plan with it it....after using for under 6 months it began to get less comfortable. The seat cushion itself basically fell part inside. You can clearly feel the springs and the bolts in the chair. It's like the foam fell apart inside.

It will be curious to see if I will be able to return this as I have not been able to get a response from Staples (understandable under the conditions). Within a week of having the chair I could feel the bottom of the chair and I'm not an obese person. This may be fine for a gaming person or young person but I bought it as my office chair. I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose

using the chair for around 5 hours a day for the last month and the seems in the seat are coming undone. The arm rests constantly move and wont stay in a locked position. the hydraulic shaft is already giving out when i sit down too quickly in the chair.

Just got the chair love how comfortable it is and would definitely recommend. My sister is getting one she likes it so much. The one down side is the recline to the back it was straight up and we leaned it back to the next position (not overly easy or smooth) Which was a little too reclined. Small complaint and would definitely recommend.

It may look like a videos gamers world but it's great as an office chair. Adjustable lumbar support and the ability to adjust the back angle - similar to a car - made this a great selection for my home office.
