The chair very comfortable and adjustable to a fault. The arm-rests are constantly clicking and rotating while sliding forward and back. Just one lean the wrong way and they go. It is fairly inconvenient but the back and bottom of the chair are comfortable enough that I can deal with it. I will be attempting to modify the arm-rests to not move in the near future though.

There is a scratch mark on the chair. I spent more than $200 for a chair and there is a flaw. Disappointed.

I've had the chair for a week now and so far so good. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough. It is very firm but still very new. The lumbar and neck pillows are a great touch. It's adjustable in every way I need a chair to adjust. I don't need it to but it doesn't seem to go as low as other office chairs I've owned in the past. The arm rests are very multi-adjustable but do not "lock" into any position. It would be nice if they did. Overall a great office chair for a good (on sale) price.

I would highly recommend this gaming chair .. I started working from home and my back was hurting in a regular office chair ... it is the best my back stopped hurting immediately and I find myself sitting longer period throughout the day getting my work done without complaining of an aching back ❤️
