I needed a basic chair at a reasonable price to help support sitting long hours now that I work from home. The two support pillows do the trick. Gave 4 stars because the reclining tension could be better however I don’t use it much given I use the chair as an office chair. Good support from the lumbar pillow and neck pillow. Easy to assemble also. Recommended for those who need a basic office chair with good back support. Paid $150 online (was $200 in store). Definitely worth the price but not sure would be worth full retail price of $230.

Not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

I found that the lumbar cushion was hard and pushed me toward the edge of the seat. I took out the foam and replaced it with fiberfill and it is much more comfortable. I do like the head rest. It's still a bit stiff when you rock back and I hope that will eventually loosen with time.

So soft it reclines back as soon as you sit to adjust to your back easily movable/rollable. It also has really smoothly adjustable arm rests. Pretty good in my opinion.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money and time. Staples don’t want to help me at all to solve the problem. The biggest waste of 200 dollars I have spent. The vartan gaming I got was for my son Christmas present. Now in 4-12-2020. The arm broke the wheel system on the bottom and the bar on the bottom of the chair broke. One thing I have learned not buy anything from staples.
