Starting from my purchase of the chair in store everything was pretty easy. The staff at Staples was helpful and even helped me out to my vehicle with it. Luckily I have a pickup so loading it was super easy as well. After getting the chair into my home the assembly was very easy as well. All the parts were well protected with plastic and the small parts were in well marked packets for each step they were to be used in. It didn't take very long before I was sitting in my new chair. The comfort level of the chair is great! Much better than my old chair of 12 year use. I really like the fact it can recline so far so if I get a bit tired working on the computer I can just lay back and take a short rest break and still be comfortable. There are only a couple of improvements that I would make to the chair if I could. First I would like to put some thicker padding on the arm rests. Second I would like it a little more if the base for the seat had a bit of a backwards angle to it. The lumbar support for the back makes it such that you tushie sits a bit forward on the seat which makes it feel tilted toward the front. Another 5 degrees backward angle on the seat would get rid of that feeling I believe. Other than those two features I'm pretty happy with the chair and hope that it serves me for many years to come.
