First of all the staff at the store where I ordered the chair was very helpful. The chair was ordered on a Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. That did not happen. Friday came and went over the weekend I got an update that it would be delivered on a Monday. It never arrived I called the support line in Tuesday and they told me that if I did not get it by the end of the day then to call them back. I did the and they shipped it again. I finally received it the fallowing Friday. Once it got hear I began to assemble the chair. The quality control appears to be lacking. One side of the bottom cushion leather is warped. It also came with two right arms so I could not fully assemble it. It also slightly leans to the left. Just not well made. The reason I ordered the chair from the store is because I have a small car and could not bring it home. I will be returning it.

I am not disappointed but I would say the the sides that hold your shoulders I. Nice and tight als become annoying and hurtful after a while. Defiantly need the lumbar pillow. I love the recline ability and find that kind of like the car you kind of find your place.
