It came when it was supposed to. The stitching on the one side of the seat however was unstitched. I have a picture of both sides to show that the stitching is missing. I did buy the warranty so I will be attempting to make it right so it doesn’t get worse. I do like the chair and it was a great deal. I would definitely recommend it as it’s very comfortable.

The chair is quite comfortable. Though it I do not think the fabric will last more than a couple of years. It was not difficult to put together. The steps for putting the lower part of the chair are foolproof and intuitive. Putting the back onto the top should have more instructions. There were several minutes wasted trying to get things aligned.

Leo was very helpful explaining everything. He knew they had the chair in stock and I would not have to order online. He was able to assemble the chair in an hour. Kyle helped me take the chair to my car. I was impressed that instead of going straight back into the store he gathered the carts and took them back with him. He could have just walked by them.
