We tried to order a similar chair from another popular store and it arrived damaged & we got the run around on getting new parts or a refund. I discovered Staples sold these chairs and was thrilled! We got the chair 2 days after I ordered - undamaged. It was fairly easy to put together. The material seems like it will last awhile. My son loves how comfortable this chair is. Would always recommend buying from Staples!

The first delivered chair had some welded metal off from the arm handle and can not be attached/assembled. It is also missing some screw holes under the chair to screw the screw in. This chair was wobbly and unstable plus missing the Right arm rest. But Staples sent me a new one and it was perfect. Very comfy and the headrest and lumbar support is perfect for me. I am buying another one.

Easy to build by myself a female *gasp*! It’s a great office chair super comfortable and it looks nice! It’s adjustable to be comfortable to anyone from work time to nap time. Can’t wait to see if it helps my gaming skills since it is a gaming chair everyone playing Call of Duty better watch out lol! The comfort price and delivery time can’t be beat! The assembly guide was fantastic and I had no issues with the set up. The lumbar and neck pillow seemed a little over stuffed but if I need to reduce that it's an easy fix. Overall I'm really happy with the chair.
