Loved everything about the chair but the armrest was loose and would never tighten up. Noticed a broken weld so I took it to a local shop and had them put a new weld on both sides.

It doesn't have to be an office chair to be comfortable and functionable. I have back problems as well as being vertically challenged. This chair fits all of my criteria for being comfortable at a job I sit at for nearly 8+ hours a day. The comments I have received from our customers has been fun! Glad I made this store my first stop for looking for a chair. Also love the fact that the wheel legs fold up so when you have to tote the chair somewhere the wheels won't be hitting your back window.

Bought this end of november 2019. Chair was pretty great. Thankfully I bought the asurion plan with it it....after using for under 6 months it began to get less comfortable. The seat cushion itself basically fell part inside. You can clearly feel the springs and the bolts in the chair. It's like the foam fell apart inside.

This is the best office chair I've ever owned. The fit is snug yet soft and ergonomically fit. I was a little apprehensive about the blue accents but actually helps give my very conservative office just the right amount of crazy.
