Overall im happy with the chair set up for installing on the chair was easy quality is fair for the price of the chair and all parts seem to be of quality. I would recommend to others on buying this. I would only re purchase the chair at a sale price but would never pay $229

This chair may be the answer to my posture and neck problems. So far it has been really easy to sit in and work at my computer for as long as I can last (which is not long). Drawbacks: Assembly was difficult because of all pictorial guide very small and the screws were tricky to fit. Also the neck cushion is in a fixed place that doesn't always land in the right place.

I didn’t like to have spent the time to put it together but it was pretty easy for my husband and I and took about half an hour. When you put the back onto the seat the spacing on the left and right sides was not equal but it is not visible when you look at the chair and does not affect its performance. Live the lumbar and neck supports. A huge upgrade from my pretty but uncomfortable previous chair.

Bought this chair for my son for Christmas he hasn’t been out of the chair since! He has fallen asleep in it and thanks me daily for getting the chair for him . I must say it’s pretty comfortable I sat in it myself to see what all the rave was about ! One thing I don’t rep like is how the arms move constantly and too easily wish they were more stable.

Box arrived damaged luckily the chair was not. It was easy to put together. The arm rests are cheap plastic material. I found little comfort both with the included pillows and without them. The seat cusion is very thin. For the price I expected better quality. I gave 4 stars because it arrived on time and it was easy to assemble. Not sure if I would recommend this chair.
