Not comfortable and less adjustable than I thought in the store. Lumbar and neck pads were incredibly stiff and the lumbar support was adjustable in up/down only - the thickness/firmness not adjustable at all. The chair had little metal in it mostly thick cast or nylon plastic - it did not seem very rigid. the surfaces were vinyl/naugahyde and not leather and did not seem breathable at all was very hot to sit in. The bottom line - I sat in it for less than two hours before deciding to return it to the store.

I'm using it as an office chair. Great back support. I can sit in it for long periods of time without it bothering me. Its a great chair very comfortable love the neck support that's a plus. It is a bit over priced but I was able to get it on sale which helped a little. My only complaint is the side covers that cover the metal pieces on both sides of the chair. Could not get them to go on. Not sure why they just would not attach.

Chair assembled easily and looked great. After 1 year the arm rest snapped off and cannot be re-attached. 18 Months later and the "Leather" is breaking down and pulling where sections meet. This was purchased for a teenager weighing 90-110 lbs and used daily. I was hoping it would have lasted a few years. I have rolling desk chairs that are still like new after 10 years....not the case here.

I am not a Gamer so my comments may be considered irrelevant. I purchased this chair primarily because of the high backrest. I'm over 6' tall so I need a high backrest that extends above my shoulders. These are my major issues: 1. The adjustable Lumbar cushion is for me useless. I could not find a position that made it comfortable for me to use so it was discarded within the first half-hour of use. 2. The forward/back sliding and semi-rotational arm rests are annoying because they can't be locked in place. Almost every time I move my hands or arms while sitting or getting in or out of the chair they move and I have to readjust them. 3. The padding of the seat and backrest is adequate but it remains to be seen how long it will remain comfortable. My biggest issue with office chairs I've had in the past is the disintegration of the seat padding after a relatively short period of time.

The arm rest broke after about a month of use. With the arm rest broken this chair becomes extremely uncomfortable. I wish I had spent the extra few bucks to get a quality chair.
