This is the second chair I ordered. First one as a gift over a year ago and it's held up well by use of a gamer so I ordered one for myself. 65 days later using strictly for office use and two seams in the seat have ripped. Quite disappointed.
I have never seen such attention to detail put into instructions before everything was labeled and left no chance for errors and it was very easy to assemble also this chair is very high quality very well made.
I went looking for a new chair that will be usable during surgery recovery in addition to normal tasks. Because this one reclines fairly far This will be perfect except that there isn't a footrest but I have a stool for that. Easy assembly multiple adjustments and comfortable materials make this a good purchase and a sale price made it excellent. I wish the armrests would slide in (they are a little wide for my tastes) and I think if they folded up would make it easier to put under a desk.
Difficult to put together by yourself. Need someone to help you. Don’t think it’s going to be like the display because it’s not. It doesn’t recline like it says only a little. This e stitching in the seat of off making it look like a child sewed it. Makes a clicking noise when I roll back. I’ve checked cleaned and oiled the rollers. Won’t go away. Found out there’s a little lump in the metal part near the wheel. Manufacturer defect. Very disappointing for the price.
I like the chair but the problem is in the arms. They move too quickly and are held together with cheap springs and plastic. I didn't have the chair a full month and the arm has already broken from just leaning on it.
