It's like sitting in heaven my favorite chair thus far. The only quarrel I have with this chair is the pivoting armrests; they get annoying as they tend to turn with little pressure and the chair has no wayof locking them in place. It's a tolerable issue however it can get pretty frustrating at times.

My chair had one small defect in one of the two lumbar pillows that comes with it. I told Staples about it and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was replaced with a new one. Thank you staples. Excellent chair! Excellent service!

It is a fair chair mostly made of metal. if you are not careful you may screw up one of the bolts. The head pillows zipper ripped off and is no longer usable.
