I really liked the lumbar and c-spine support pillows that came with the chair and the back tilt is adjustable which isn't common for chairs in this price range.

Bought this due to the thick leather cushioning . also has a tilt function. But not as in the chair it self tilts back. But as the back rest itself reclines back.

To begin this is a great chair. I tried it in store and immediately felt the comfort and support in all the right places. One thing that stuck out to me was the additional pillows for lower back and neck support! I would have given it a five stars but my packaging did not come in too great. The assembly was mostly smooth with some pain endured at the final step of the covers below the arm rest but the notable points were that the chair’s back portion separate from the seat had seen a large pressure dent in the leather on the left side that did not seem to go away after a few days of being outside the box. The second and last issue was that the armrests are staggered which I don’t think was the case in the store. Both of them are the same exact part number there is no right and left so one is about 4 inches further back and it’s just not comfortable. Hoping Staples reaches out I’d love to make this 5 stars!
