Not bad but could use improvement

First of all I ordered the chair online Tuesday afternoon it was delivered by Wednesday midday! WOW!! Putting together wasn't very difficult but for someone that have done so many many times and love doing so this wasn't the easiest either. Chair seems sturdy enough for my 120lbs not sure how it would hold up for someone over 200lbs though. Could definitely be a little higher quality on the material especially the side plastic piece... honestly it's kinda cheap. Pros: Absolutely LOVE that you can adjust the backrest to different angles! That is by far my favorite function on this chair. With the back and neck pillows adjusted the seat is very comfortable. The seat is not the softest but soft enough that it won't hurt to sit on it for a longer period of time. The back and neck pillows are also on the medium/soft side which is perfect. Chair is fairly nice looking. Cons: The chair is just a little too high even on the lowest setting that my feet are about 2" off the ground (I am 5'2"). The rock/tilt spring is a tad too strong for my taste even if the adjuster is on its lowest setting. I prefer something that rocks a lot easier instead of having to push myself with this much force. With the chair being tall and the spring too firm actually makes kinda difficult to use the rock/tilt function. The seat's depth is good for my height with the back support pillow in place. I wouldn't suggest it for people over 5'10" though I think it would be too small. The armrest is OK. It could use some padding for sure and some more adjustment options like some of the other chairs of this kind. For example being able to pull forward or in and out. They're kind of far apart even if they arms metal parts are pushed to the closest point (with the screws) to the seat itself. The height of the armrest is adjustable but honestly the highest point could be higher too! The lowest point well... not sure what anyone would use that for coz that's almost all the way down to the seat cushion! The chair height adjuster is so far back that I can't adjust it to its highest point while sitting.... I have to get up adjust the chair and climb back on. All in all it's an OK chair definitely could use some improvement!
